Lindsey Sabatini
Lindsey is the visionary and clinical heart behind Body Balance. With over 15 years of experience in nursing, critical care, teaching, and advanced wellness therapies, she brings deep expertise to every consultation. Her mission is to treat the whole person—not just the symptoms—through individualized care, cutting-edge treatments, and patient education.
“I am Lindsey Sabatini, the owner and APRN of Body Balance. I was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas and wouldn’t have it any other way.
My husband and I are high school sweethearts. We have 4 kids: 3 boys and a girl. We spend lots of time with our family and friends, watching the boys play sports and baby girl dance.
I have been a nurse since 2007, and obtained my master’s degree in nursing in 2009. I immediately started working as a critical care nurse while also working at the University of Arkansas (U of A) as an instructor of nursing, where I still teach today.
In 2013, I started working as a practitioner in the ICU, where I had worked as a nurse for years. In 2018 I received my Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the U of A. I’ve continued to work as a practitioner in long-term care and also in aesthetics and weight loss.
The human body is so amazing. I love teaching nursing students about it and helping my patients look and feel their best. Work with me and we will get that Body Balance you need.”
